How quickly do you ship items? As Speedily as Gonzalez can pack ‘em. Just kidding! We generally ship domestic orders within 3 business days. Sorry, we don't ship international for the moment. Wholesale orders ship within 10-15 business days .
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit cards.
What is your return/exchange policy? We accept returns and exchanges for products that were shipped with a defect. Claims must be made within 2 days or sooner from the time you receive the product. We take extra care in packaging orders but sometimes human error happens and we will be happy to take care of any defects in the product. We are not responsible for damages that occurred during shipping because of mishandling by the postal carrier; such claims should be filed with the postal carrier. Because we are a small business we can only offer limited assistance in the rare case that a package is lost or damaged.
We are happy when you are happy with your order, and we will work with you to resolve any potential issues with your order, within reason.
What is the difference between out-of-stock and out-of-print? Out-of-stock means we ran out – oops! We’ll have more stock as soon as the shipment arrives from the printer. Please regularly check back on our site or through Instagram for updates.
Out-of-print means that you missed your chance – sorry! But don’t worry, there are lots more designs to choose from – phew!
What is your privacy policy? We do not share, rent, or sell email or any other personal information to any third parties. All information transmitted during the purchasing process is secured at all times.
Are you environmentally friendly? Of course! Our stationery is printed on Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified paper stock. All scraps are either used in other projects or recycled.
How and where are your products printed? We do our best to use as many products that won't harm the environment. We do most of our printing locally using vegetable based inks on beautiful high quality post consumer paper. And we are big supporters of all things made in the good ol' USA!
